Dhamma Capital Partners, LLC is a Florida limited liability company that buys established home service businesses: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, pool, garage door and restoration companies. When you apply on our website. Your first and last name, company name, email and phone number, and your answers about your business: the industry, an approximate annual revenue range, how involved you are day to day, and when you might consider selling. There is also an optional box to agree to text messages.
When you prepare for a call. After you book a call, you can choose to answer more questions about your business, such as years operating, number of technicians, service area, approximate profit and owner pay, share of recurring revenue, customer concentration, premises, vehicles and any past broker agreements. This is confidential business and financial information, and we treat it that way.
When you book a call. Our scheduling calendar, provided by GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), collects your name, email, phone number and the time you choose.
When you call us. Calls to 448-288-6406 may be answered by an AI voice assistant, and calls are recorded. You will hear “this call will be recorded for quality purposes.” We keep recordings, transcripts and call summaries in our customer management system.
When we text or email. We keep the texts and emails we send and receive in our customer management system.
Automatically, when you visit the website:
To respond to your enquiry; to assess whether your business fits what we buy; to schedule and hold calls; to prepare valuations and offers; to follow up with you by phone, text and email; to measure and improve our advertising and website; and to keep business records.
We only share a seller’s details with a buyer or partner with that seller’s permission.
Service providers that work for us:
We may also share information with our professional advisers (lawyers and accountants), and with potential co-investors or financing partners involved in a specific transaction, always under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
Showing you relevant ads. We may share your email address or phone number with Google in a hashed (scrambled) form so Google can show you relevant ads, a feature called Customer Match.
If you agree to receive text messages from us, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, and HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Business and financial information you share with us is treated as confidential. Where we sign a non-disclosure agreement with you, that agreement also applies.
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.
